Before the games
Set Up GoPro
Make sure the camera is on, and the battery is plugged in

Record for the entire duration of the night. Just press record and let it ride
Set up interview banner in designated spot
Set up recording software on your phone with jems systems
Set recording on for 25 minutes for every game
Once the games done, you can stop recording on phone
Create new recording for every game
Open up the Jotform and register the game

1 game per 1 form. There are 5 Highlights per form
If it’s a highlight-packed game with over 5 highlights, start a new form with the same info
If you only got 2 or 3 highlights in a game, just click “next” until that form is finished
When a new game starts, you start a new form
Set Up stop-watch timer, to 20 min
Put the Stop-Watch around your neck, and set it to 20 minutes.
When the first serve is made, hit start for the countdown.

When a highlight is made, check the timer instantly to see where it is marked. This is very important for the editors.
Mark the highlight in the JotForm
Take videos and photos in the iPhone camera app
These will be story content and story reel content.
Upload any dope videos and photos to the story
post Instagram story content
Any highlights caught on the phone
Any dope photos
Highlight how well teams are doing (Use the team names)
Upload some interview clips if you want as well
MAINTAIN RECORDING IS STILL HAPPENING w/ the gopros
The little Red dot on the camera will indicate that it’s recording
Sometimes the camera will get hit or stop. In those instances. Email: brennus@bfecreative.com and let me know which game you turned the camera back on at, along with the time. This is crucial for the post-editing process.
Hold interviews after the games
Staff will help you with creating questions
Try to create storylines, lore, or reference back to something else.
After the games
Shut down gopros
Tap the recording button, and let the camera save the recording! (Very important!!!)
