Mental health awareness content was needed for URSLC during the times of the COVID lockdowns. To Bring awareness to their mental health services and the possible negative effects of poor mental health. Bringing awareness to “Should Statements”, which is defined as a type of negative thinking pattern, was just one of the many ideas I came up with the idea for the topic. Every post was in this style and had a similar direction.
